Job Summary
Seaton Heat N’ Air is looking to add a maintenance tech to our team of technicians. Maintenance technicians are responsible for preforming seasonal maintenance on air conditioning and heating and indoor air quality systems. Technicians must be EPA certified and possess basic knowledge of Heating and Cooling system operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Performing Seasonal Maintenance of HVAC Systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with the HVAC system
• Check Refrigerant Charge
• Communicate with customers, the work being performed
• Make recommendations for parts and services that will improve the operation of the customer’s system

Qualifications and Skills

• EPA Certification
• Basic Knowledge of HVAC
• Cleaned driving record
• Positive Attitude
• Good Work Ethic
• HVAC technician certification or schooling a plus
